The Center provides mentorship and coaching services to help individuals with personal development and growth. Our services include, but are not limited to:

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment: All services and subscriptions are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Momentous Media Network, Inc. to charge your payment method on file.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content and live coaching, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info(@)tijuanajackson.com within 30 days of purchase.
• Disputed Charges: Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate termination of access and may be subject to legal fees and collection costs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, whether written, spoken, recorded, or otherwise, distributed through Nearapy™ Center, including content performed by the character Tijuana Jackson, is the intellectual property of Momentous Media Network, Inc.

This intellectual property includes, without limitation, names, trademarks, likenesses, voices, coaching frameworks, methods, terminology, videos, audio recordings, digital downloads, scripts, written materials, graphics, community resources, and other original content.

No part of this content may be copied, recorded, reproduced, republished, modified, repurposed, sold, distributed, displayed, transmitted, or used to create derivative works without prior written consent from Momentous Media Network, Inc.

6. Recording and Use of Coaching Content

Coaching sessions, individual coaching calls, group coaching calls, community calls, workshops, question-and-answer sessions, testimonials, livestreams, and other Nearapy™ Center events may be photographed, livestreamed, audio recorded, video recorded, transcribed, or otherwise documented.

By accepting these Terms and participating in any such session, call, or event, you provide your prior and express consent to being recorded. You also grant Tijuana Jackson Nearapy Center, LLC, Momentous Media Network, Inc., and their respective affiliates, representatives, contractors, successors, licensees, and assigns permission to use content obtained from or derived from your participation.

This permission includes the right to use, edit, excerpt, reproduce, adapt, transcribe, summarize, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, advertise, and create derivative content from your statements, questions, comments, stories, testimonials, coaching interactions, image, voice, name, username, photograph, video, and likeness.

Such content may be used in whole or in part for educational materials, social media, websites, advertisements, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, membership materials, presentations, books, videos, podcasts, digital products, and other media connected with the promotion or operation of Tijuana Jackson Nearapy Center, LLC, Momentous Media Network, Inc., the Nearapy™ Center, or the Tijuana Jackson brand.

Content may be edited for length, clarity, formatting, privacy, or presentation, provided that it is not knowingly altered in a manner that materially misrepresents what you communicated. The companies may identify you or remove identifying information at their discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

You understand that you will not receive compensation, royalties, ownership rights, approval rights, or additional notice in connection with an authorized use. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content, advertising materials, or context in which an authorized contribution appears.

You represent that you have the authority to grant these permissions regarding your own contributions. You may not disclose private, confidential, copyrighted, or identifying information belonging to another person unless you have that person’s permission.

The license granted under this section is worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and continuing. You may request that the companies discontinue new promotional uses of your identifiable content by submitting written notice. Such a request will not require the removal of content that was previously published, distributed, incorporated into an existing product, or included in an active campaign, except where required by law.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration between you and Momentous Media Network, Inc. in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Encino, California. You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tijuana Jackson's Nearapy™ Center will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.
