• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content and live coaching, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info(@)tijuanajackson.com within 30 days of purchase.
• Disputed Charges: Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate termination of access and may be subject to legal fees and collection costs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—written, spoken, recorded, or otherwise—distributed via Nearapy™ Center, including that performed by the character Tijuana Jackson, is the intellectual property of Momentous Media Network, Inc. This includes likeness, voice, coaching frameworks, videos, audio, digital downloads, scripts, and community assets. No part may be reproduced, repurposed, or redistributed without written consent.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration between you and Momentous Media Network, Inc. in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Encino, California. You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tijuana Jackson's Nearapy™ Center will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.
