• All coaching, courses, and digital products are for personal development and educational purposes only.
• Payment is required for membership, coaching, and digital products as specified at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund policies, if any, are detailed at the point of sale.

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, demographic data, and information shared during coaching or community interactions. 8. Consent to Recording and Content Use

All coaching sessions, workshops, group calls, community events, and related programs may be audio recorded, video recorded, photographed, livestreamed, or transcribed.

By participating, you acknowledge that recording may occur and consent to the use of excerpts from your participation for educational, social media, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes related to Tijuana Jackson Nearapy Center, LLC. You may also be required to sign a separate media release before participating in certain sessions or events.

If you share sensitive or personal information that you do not want used publicly, you must notify us in writing and clearly identify the specific statement, discussion, or portion of the recording you want excluded. We will make reasonable efforts to honor requests received before the content has been published, distributed, or incorporated into promotional materials.

A request to exclude specific content from public use does not prevent the session from being recorded or retained for internal, educational, administrative, or member-access purposes.
